• Leading analysis of investment strategy, identifying potential investment target companies;

• Leading and assisting in due diligence, financial modeling, and deal execution;

• Maintaining investor and stakeholder engagement and communication;

• Analysis of investment opportunities in the biotech and medical field;

• Identifying investment opportunities;

• Anticipating business development needs for existing portfolio companies;

• Providing incubating companies with strategic advice;

• Overseeing the responsibilities of investment associates;

• Expanding the firm’s network of investors and KOLs. $138,674.00/year

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or a closely related field. 36 months of experience in Principal, or other manager positions at a private equity or venture capital investment firm.
